They had been back at school for a few days now, and Michael’s unexpected arrival after being gone for so long had caused questions to spread around the school. He sighed softly as he relaxed after another day of hard work and severe questioning from the professors for his…
Michael watched and waited for any kind of.fiure to come to.him, though his waiting fell on bated breath for nobody came. Suddenly, however, he saw a familiar face running towards him, arms open wide and he grinned as he ran.towards her. He wrapped his arms around her as he hugged her tightly, though soon she began to hurt. He sighed softly as he backed up a little.
“Hey!” He yelled to her as he rubbed his arm slightly. “Why did you do that?!” He asked in a loud tone, but soon after he was joined by the person whom he has been waiting for came into view. Instantly Michael straightened up and he cleared his throat as he spoke.
“Katherine…”
Katherine watched as the girl slowly slipped away, and walked off. Katherine hated Parvati Patil. Katherine sat by Michael and said nothing, looking incredibly intimidating in her Slytherin outfit. “What do they make this out of? Horsehair?’ she whined but was slightly glad that Michael and her were safe. Still, she couldn’t help but complain. She looked at him, knowing he knew she was glad, but still- why would he care if she was happy or sad?
“I don’t like her,” she said, watching the Gryffindor Patil lounging about.
“Dont be mean to Parvati!” He said almost immediately as he shook his head. “She’s a sister to me… Don’t threaten her.” He growled slightly, though he instantly retracted slightly and he shook his head. “Sorry… I just missed her and Padma, you know?” He admitted softly, all the while looking over to Parvati with a smile on his face.
“Not horsehair… Just cotton.” He chuckled softly as he shook his head at her. “Be nice.”
